Most of us spend our lives trying to become someone—more successful, more accepted, more certain, more worthy. Even as Christians, it’s easy to believe that if we just try harder, grow more, or get our lives together, we’ll finally become the person God wants us to be.

But Scripture tells a different story.

Becoming Who You Already Are explores the lives of nine biblical people who wrestled with the same questions we do: Who am I? Do I belong? Am I enough? Their stories reveal that lasting change doesn’t begin with trying harder to become someone new.
